A true sound explorer and dextrous merchant of time-proof melodic techno blends, Berlin’s Annett Gapstream has been making waves in the scene for the past half-decade with steadfast abnegation and utter devotion to the duty of making the dancefloor a blissful haven for all. Operating her jockeying skills as a resident for Rebellion der Träumer, Annett has in the meanwhile garnered accolades for her own wide-screen compositions, gracing the likes of some high-flying imprints including Stil vor Talent and Nown Music. 2021 saw the birth of her record label Artminding, a platform set up to mirror her specific sound as well as shelter the ideas and visions of fellow artists. Herald of shape-shifting, all-embracing electronics, which she enjoys laying out under all their glimmering, kaleidoscopic facets, her trademark escapist, uplifting sets have taken her to all corners of the globe, from the Berlin mecca (Watergate, Rummels Bucht, Kater Blau, Mensch Meier, ://aboutblank, Kitkat) to Thailand or Panama, via UK, Italy, France, Sweden, Greece, Turkey, Switzerland, Austria and Poland. Amongst the numerous festivals she has performed at over the years, let’s quote Fusion, Bucht der Träumer, Feel, Thaibreak, Sa Terza Metari, Aware, Am Bach, Rave on Snow, Wilde Möhre, Pangea and Deichbrand. After purposefully pathing the way in 2021 by playing her first big Colombia tour and mastering the world famous Turmbühne – Annett Gapstream spent the winter in the studio.
