Following the release of Oliver Koletzki’s twelfth studio album “12”, the remix series continues with a new interpretation of “What Remains” by long-time Stil vor Talent family members pølaroit. Having shaped their distinctive blend of melancholic melodies, organic textures and electronic energy across releases on Stil vor Talent and Ki Records, the Hannover-based duo bring their atmospheric signature to one of the album’s most introspective moments.

Preserving the dreamy core of the original, pølaroit build around Oliver’s key elements with delicate piano, warm analogue textures, live-recorded percussion and their signature use of organic sound design. Subtle beat changes add a sense of movement, transforming “What Remains” into a deeply emotional yet gently propulsive piece that bridges immersive listening and the dancefloor.

From the dust storms of Burning Man and sunrise sets at Fusion Festival to the peaks of the Himalayas, pølaroit have taken their music to extraordinary places. Following their first European headline tour, the duo continue to create immersive experiences that extend far beyond the classic club setting.

With their remix of “What Remains”, pølaroit return to their Stil vor Talent roots while giving Oliver Koletzki’s original a distinctly organic and emotional new dimension.
