On a summer weekend in August during the crazy lifetime of the Berliner Bar 25, pianist Laura Weider challenged herself to a particular kind of concert in the circus. This 40 hour performance was witnessed as the ‘Longest Concert of a Solo Artist’ and subsequently made it into the Guiness Book of Wold Records.

Cord and Sacha – better known as the Kreuzberg based DJ & Production duo Robosonic – managed to tape the whole concert including the atmospherical sounds made by the pianist and the public alike. Samples from this field recording madness were then cut and distilled into sound confetti, touched with funny, weird and euphorical moments – such as the final countdown – and sprinkled into a club track!
