Getting a little hot under the collar is ‘Out of the Dark | Part 2’, the second edition of Jiggler’s latest creations. Another six-pack of luxuriously experimental sounds, these cuts lead straight to dancefloor temptations.

Glitchy hi-hats and heavy basslines launch ‘Nebula’ out into the cosmos. ‘Black Sun’ is twinkling keys, a smoke-and-mirrors ride into the sunset of tech house wonders.The Jiggler takes amore downbeat tip with ‘Sparkles,’ whomping beats underpinning a fruity, carnivalesque vibe.

‘Venom’ is sweet poison: a straight laced toe-tapper, which spirals into clapped out grooves. ´Referencing the foggy, nebulaic state where you can lose yourself, ‘Daydream’ takes you to a place where shapes and borders shift. Make the people dance! ‘Vision’ is a punchy finale, an aural experience of the shifts between light and dark.

A by-product of the deceleration experienced by Jiggler and the global music scene during the COVID-19 pandemic, the albums ‘Out of the Dark | Part 1 & 2’ bear witness to the undeniable truth that music, dancing and connection are fundamental parts of our society, which must be celebrated and cherished no matter what.
